Started from hard dried corn.
Cooked with cal, allowed to cool, and washed.
Taken to a local miller.
Mixed with lard, salt, and chicken broth.
Stuffed into corn stalks and filled with vegetables and cheese or chicken and salsa verde.
Placed and cooked in a pressure cooker.
Yum. Nothing quite like it.
